Anyone on here having success managing recurring revenue? I'm wondering how my peers are managing updates and how you are categorizing these clients vs others on your calendars.
If I have say 50 people with maintenance/update plans, I'd like to figure out a simple way where these clients automatically go on a calendar for updates and separated from our regular customers. Any tools or methods you guys/gals are using that are effective? I don't want to spend more time managing this than the dollars are worth.
